Misty Borland Phiffer graduated from Baylor Law School in 1994. While attending law school Misty was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and won a position in the Order of The Barristers through her skill in Moot Court. She was also winner of the Harvey M. Richey Moot Court Competition in the fall of 1993. Her preferred areas of practice are personal injury and death cases, including those arising from motor vehicle accidents, defective products, drugs and medical devices and burn cases. She is a member of The Texas Bar Association, The Midland County Bar Association, and is past President of The Midland County Young Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and serves on its Diversity Committee. Misty is admitted to practice law before all Texas State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
